When you use our Service, we automatically collect:

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Mise:

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our third-party infrastructure partners. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

6.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to access your personal data. You can view most of your information directly in the app under your Profile. For a complete copy of your data, contact us at privacy@themiseapp.com.

6.2 Correction

You can update your account information, dietary preferences, and other settings directly in the app.

6.3 Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by:

• Going to Profile > Sign Out, then contacting us to delete your data
• Emailing us at privacy@themiseapp.com with your account email

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days.

6.4 Opt-Out

You can opt out of:

• Push Notifications: Manage notification settings in the app or through your device settings
• Analytics: Contact us to opt out of analytics tracking

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
